As a teacher/admin, how do I reset a students password?

As a teacher you can reset your students passwords. Please do the following to reset a password:


  1. Open your Menu (3 green lines top right of your screen)

  2. Click Rosters

  3. If you are in more than one class, choose the correct grade and class

  4. Click Load Roster


How to reset a single password:


  1. On the row with the students info click the Green arrow pointing left under the “Reset” column

  2. Choose Password type

  1. Self Set (the teacher decides)

  2. System Generated

  1. Choose Password

  2. Is Permanent? (yes/no)



How to reset all passwords:


  1. On the top right click “Reset All Passwords” and

  2. Choose Password Type

  1. Self Set (the teacher decides)

  2. System Generated

  1. Choose Password

  2. Is Permanent? (yes/no)



How to reset some passwords?


  1. Click the box to the right of the students name, choose the students you want to reset.

  2. To the right of “Load Roster” click the Actions” drop-down.

  3. Choose Reset Passwords
