Why does my login page continue to spin?

Why does my login page continue to spin?

This can be caused by 2 possible issues:


  1. Slow internet download speed. How to check your internet speed:


Click on the attached link to test your internet speed (click here). If you are logged in we recommend you click on the health check (stethoscope icon) to test the speed.


  1. Possible Cache issue. How to clear cache:

You can also test in incognito mode to see if its a cache issue.
